How the environment of kindergartens affects the quality of outdoor play

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of outdoor games in the school gardens of kindergartens. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and compare the level of school gardens in our conditions, including the proposal to streamline their function, especially with regard to ensuring the quality of outdoor play in the form of a suitable and stimulating environment. First, the theoretical part deals with the historical development of outdoor games and changes in school gardens and the importance of preschool child. The next chapter outlines factors and risks that can affect the quality of outdoor games in the school gardens. These include not only legal educational, security and hygiene areas, but also other external and internal conditions, which may be the influence of the Kindergarten and cooperation with the founder, attitude of teachers, parents, or also the responsibility of children. The follow-up chapter offers an inspiring preview to a foreign educational pedagogical approach and the last chapters are devoted to information on foundations, grants and inspirations, which can be used for the planned adjustment of the school gardens. Creating snoezelen room for pupils with severe mental and combined disabilities

The thesis deals with the creation of Snoezelen room, its characteristics and properties. He is more closely involved with the creation of snoezelen for pupils with mental and combined disabilities who are trained in special primary schools. The work describes the target group, defines the snoezelen method and describes its origin and development in our country and abroad. The main goal of the thesis is to explain to the reader how the rooms are created and what it is necessary to know before deciding to launch the snoezelen room. This information was used mainly by special teachers who operate snoezelena in facilities where they work in schools. The thesis also touches on the topic of education at special schools, methods of working with these pupils and describes types of expressive therapies, therapies, basal stimulation and sensory stimulation. The thesis also reflects the Snoezelen-MSE qualification course in theory and practice, which was the main source. The output of the thesis is a proposed room model, description of equipment and activities that are suitable for working with disadvantaged pupils.
Influence of the RWCT Methods on Development of Selected Communication Skills of Preschool Children

This work deals with development of preschool children vocabulary. It focuses on speech self, on its development in relation to thinking and the development from the ontogenetic perspektive. Further, its maps the view on speech development in the past and present. The part dealing with RWCT follows. The thesis tries to outline the basic ideas of this programme and its application in kindergarten. It aims to familiarise readers with new approaches and methods of language and speech development, and to outline the basics of this programme. The thesis also compares this programme with the Start Together programme, which issues from RWCT. Another topic of the thesis is a comparison of the objectives of RWCT and the Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education, where the relationship between RWCT and Framework Education Programme for Preschool Edication objectives is shown. In the practical part of the thesis, statistical data from two kindergartens show whether using RWCT methods in kindergarten positively impacts development of select communication skills of preschool children. The thesis aims to prove that the RWCT methods positively support the overall communication skills and abilities of preschool children.
